Fun8 Games can be browsed without an account. We do not operate user profiles, process payments or sell personal information. Some publisher games are supplied by third parties and remain blocked until you allow publisher content.
1. Who is responsible
Fun8 Games is the operator of funfunfunfunfunfunfunfungames.com and is responsible for the site-level processing described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].

3. Publisher games and third parties
Third-party titles are labeled with their publisher and distribution source. They are not loaded when you first visit Fun8 Games. If you allow publisher content and press Play, your browser connects directly to the named provider. That provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, device and browser details, referring page, consent signals, game events and advertising identifiers.
Third-party games in the current catalog are supplied through WGPlayground. Its processing may include content delivery, security, analytics, advertising and game operation. Fun8 Originals are served from Fun8-owned static game pages. Review the notices and consent controls presented by WGPlayground before allowing publisher content. 4. Google Analytics
If you allow Analytics in Cookie settings, Fun8 loads Google Analytics using measurement ID G-R7YBBGD5XX. Google may receive information such as the page URL, referrer, browser and device information, approximate location derived from network information, and events related to visits and page use. We disable Google advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization signals and Google signals in the site configuration.
The Google tag is blocked until Analytics permission is granted. You can withdraw permission at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawing permission disables further Fun8 analytics collection and removes the standard Fun8-domain Google Analytics cookies that the site can address, but it does not retroactively delete information already processed by Google. 5. Site advertising and Google AdSense
Fun8 Games does not currently load site-owned Google AdSense ad units. Advertising may still appear inside a publisher game after you allow and open that third-party content; those ads are selected and controlled by the game provider rather than Fun8 Games.
If Fun8 Games is approved for AdSense and later enables site advertising, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies and process information such as IP address, device and browser details, page activity, approximate location and ad interactions to deliver, limit, personalize and measure advertising, prevent fraud and produce reports. Personalized advertising will only be used where permitted and after any consent required by law.
Before site-owned ads are enabled, Fun8 will configure a Google-certified consent management platform for visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland and update this policy with the active advertising controls. The current Fun8 Cookie settings panel controls Google Analytics and optional publisher frames; it is not presented as an AdSense-certified advertising consent tool. 6. Purposes and legal bases
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a service you request for favorites, recent games and requested publisher content; consent for Google Analytics, optional storage and publisher content where required; legitimate interests for limited site security, error diagnosis and responding to ordinary messages; and legal obligations where records must be retained. If site advertising is enabled, its processing and legal bases will also be described through the updated policy and certified consent flow.
7. Sharing and international transfers
We may use hosting, content delivery, analytics, email and security providers to operate the site. They may process limited technical, analytics or message data on our behalf. Publisher-game providers process data under their own notices after you allow and open their content. If site advertising is enabled, Google and disclosed advertising partners may also receive advertising and device data. Because these services may operate globally, information may be processed outside your country. The relevant provider is responsible for the safeguards described in its own privacy notice.
8. Retention
Local favorites and recent-game history remain on your device until you remove them. The privacy choice expires after 180 days so we can ask again when appropriate. Google Analytics cookies may remain for up to two years and can be renewed when activity occurs, unless you withdraw permission or clear them sooner. Analytics data stored by Google follows the retention setting configured for the Fun8 property. Support and legal correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the request, dispute prevention and applicable record-keeping duties. Operational logs follow the retention controls of our hosting and security providers.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive your personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and complain to your local data protection authority. California residents may also have rights to know, delete and correct covered personal information and to opt out of sale or sharing. Fun8 Games does not sell personal information.
Send a request to [email protected]. We may ask for enough information to verify the request. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
10. Children
Fun8 Games is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly create child profiles or ask children to submit personal details. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate. Third-party games may apply their own age rules.
11. Security and policy changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the site, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date shown above and, where appropriate, a renewed privacy choice.
