Fun8 owns its site design and original editorial content unless stated otherwise. Embedded games, cover art and trademarks remain the property of their credited studios and are supplied through WGPlayground. Fun8 Games does not claim ownership of those titles.
Send a copyright notice
Email [email protected] with: your name and contact information; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact Fun8 Games URL; a description of the allegedly infringing material; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
Review and counter notices
We review complete notices promptly and may remove or restrict material while a claim is assessed. We may forward the notice to the content provider. A counter notice should identify the removed material, explain the good-faith basis for believing removal was mistaken, include the legally required statements and provide a signature. Seek independent legal advice if you are unsure about your rights.
